• Is your painting hand painted?

  Yes! All of my paintings are 100% hand painted on canvas and high quality.




• Is there a difference between oil and acrylic painting?

  There is no difference between the two except from an artist perspective. Acrylics last as long as oils, it is also a medium used on canvas. I use both mediums in my artwork.
  




• Are the paintings protected?

  Yes. All paintings are protected using Krylon UV-Resistant Clear coating. It protects against harmful UV light rays, Non yellowing permanent coating and moisture resistant.
  




• What sizes of paintings do you offer?

  I offer oil paintings in a variety of sizes. If none of those sizes fit your need, feel free to contact me by filling out the form here.




• What is a stretched painting?

  A stretched painting is mounted on an inner wooden frame and ready to be hung. Outer frame is not included.




• How do I take care of my paintings?

  Just dab some water on a piece of cloth and gently wipe over the paintings every now and then. That should keep it dust free.

• Can I cancel my order?

  Yes. You can cancel your order through email within the first 24 hours of purchase at no cost. If your order has been shipped, you will need to return the item within 5 days from the day you file the cancellation in order to receive refund. (shipping cost is not refundable)




• What's your return policy?

  Avayra.com has a 15-day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with my art, you are welcome to return it.(shipping cost is not refundable)




• What if my purchase arrives damaged?

  It is very unlikely that your purchase arrives damaged since I pack very carefully and use best cushioning material. If your purchase does arrives damaged through my fault, I will exchange your purchase or refund you.
